This is what bamboo encroachment looks like. This house in Shirley shows bamboo in the neighbors’ yard, and is now in this yard.



In fact, it’s growing inside the garage with no light and coming out near the roof of the garage. I told the buyer he needs to speak to the neighbor about it because it will continue to encroach on a property he does not yet own.
