Whitestone Home Inspector: Got that sinking feeling?

This is a level showing one quarter inch drop in 3 feet using a level, and it is likely due to a poor foundation pour.

The contractor did not do a good job, and new the homeowner is concerned it will get worse. And it could.

This needs a professional foundation repair specialist, not just your average foundation company.

When a serious foundation issue is found, I recommend Building Structures Unlimited at 516 620 3233. Dave Mueller has a great reputation, and I have used him on my own house as well.

So don't be ridiculous. call Meticulous Home Inspection at 631 902 6761. Available 7 days, and in business since 2005.

I have performed thousands of home, condo, co-op, townhouse and commercial building inspections, so take a look at the Google reviews.
